(Physical Therapist Assistant)
Ashley is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant with a strong passion for helping individuals improve their quality of life through movement. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Physical Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, then completed the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Clarkson College.
Ashley has experience across multiple care settings, including outpatient orthopedics, inpatient and acute care, long‑term care, neurological rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facilities. This well‑rounded background allows her to support patients of all ages and abilities, tailoring care to meet each person’s goals and functional needs. With a background in strength training—including weightlifting, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and functional movement—Ashley brings a unique perspective to rehabilitation and performance, emphasizing proper body mechanics and patient education.
Outside of her professional work, Ashley enjoys staying active through weightlifting, hiking, kayaking, swimming, and exploring new places. She also values relaxing evenings with movies or a cozy night in.
