Eva Ryland
(Physical Therapist Assistant)
Eva graduated with her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy in 2016 from Cleveland State University. Working for a physical therapy clinic immediately after graduation, she fell in love with educating patients and clients on safe and functional movement. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, a Certified Functional Strength Coach, a certified Strong First Kettlebell Instructor, and FMS certified. While attaining these certifications over a span of five years, she was simultaneously working with clients in private sessions, small group settings, and large group club sports settings. Her expertise is bridging the gap from rehabilitation to performance, and she has worked with every client population imaginable. From young athletes learning correct foundational movement and having fun to older adults working on maintaining longevity and strength while learning new skills, Eva is equipped to work and learn with you.
When Eva is not at work, you can typically find her mountain running with (usually ΒΌ mile behind) her husband, David Ryland, in the Front Range. She also loves every activity possible outside and enjoys learning all the new things Alaska has to offer.
