Jenny is an Academic Manager and Residency Program Director with over 15 years of experience designing, delivering, and accrediting graduate and post-graduate health professions education programs. She currently serves as Program Director of the IAOM-US Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency and the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Assistant Residency, focusing on curriculum quality, accreditation, and supporting clinicians in advanced manual therapy training. She is passionate about building clear, supportive learning structures so therapists can grow in confidence and provide high-quality, evidence-informed care to their patients. Originally trained as a dentist with advanced training in teaching and an MBA, she brings a blended clinical, educational, and administrative perspective to her work at Advanced Physical Therapy.
