Alexander serves as Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of Advanced Physical Therapy of Alaska, where he focuses on clinic performance, facility management, and driving innovation across all locations. With an MBA and more than 18 years of experience in business management, operations, and customer-focused service industries, he works behind the scenes to ensure the clinics run safely, efficiently, and sustainably. His goal is to provide therapists and staff with the systems, tools, and environments they need, so patients experience organized, high-quality care from the moment they walk in the door.
