Caleb Canfield
(Physical Therapist - Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy)
Caleb (Cal) Canfield calls many places home—Florida, China, and Texas—but now he’s settled in Alaska with his wife and two dogs after earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Hardin Simmons University in 2024. He has been working at Advanced Physical Therapy (APT) since graduation, applying orthopedic and manual therapy principles to help patients restore movement and function.
In the summers, Caleb, his family, and their dogs enjoy hiking, kayaking, and games of basketball or volleyball between road trips across Alaska. In the winters, when they’re not ice skating, they’re cozy at home playing board games or video games. Caleb is currently working toward his COMT certification through APT’s weekend course pathway and is excited to bring those advanced skills into everyday patient care.
