Beginner Pilates

Be Kind to Your Spine

This class is designed to be a transition class to help our patients safely and confidently transition to a community-based exercise program or home exercise program. This class will include a substantial education component on anatomy, spine care, safe spine mechanics, etc. Pilates exercises focus on breathing, core stabilization, gentle strengthening of postural muscles and movement control.

Class is held every Thursday morning, 7:15am - 8:15am.
